About me: Eliav Ser,
CEO&Co- Founder
Major (Res.), Operations Officer, Serial entrepreneur with 20 years of experience in marketing, sales focus on high-tech industry. I began my career at age 14 with Shufersal and was leading teams by age 16 at Bezeq Online. I have worked in Israeli politics, led community-driven projects with Mobilize, and founded my first startup to help SMBs build brand communities. To date, I have collaborated with over 20 companies, created 200+ campaigns, managed nearly 10 teams, and overseen budgets totaling tens of millions of dollars.
The Challenge
Over a year of intensive combat has taken a severe mental toll on security forces, resulting in a projected 172% increase in PTSD cases by 2030. Symptoms include anxiety, depression, and concentration issues, often leading to undiagnosed or untreated mental health challenges.
